• Warranty Support Representative

  Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and located in our Longueuil office, this position will provide outstanding customer service and warranty support for our sales team as well as our network of manufacturer’s representatives and distributors. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to warranty support and return good authorizations in collaboration with the Post Sales Service team and to ensure ongoing communications (verbal and written) with the client throughout the process.
