Peter Timotheatos - President

Peter Timotheatos became President of Lumenpulse Lighting in 2022. He initially joined the company in 2014 as Senior Vice President of Finance and later held the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. During his expanded role as Chief Operating Officer, he subsequently assumed responsibility for Sales, Customer Experience, and Technical Services. He excelled in overseeing the company's human resource management and its finance, IT, and manufacturing operations. In addition to his role as President of Lumenpulse, Peter is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LMPG Inc., Lumenpulse's parent company.

Before joining Lumenpulse and LMPG Inc., Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of JLD-Lague, an independent John Deere dealership group. While at Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., Peter served as Director, Corporate Development and Planning, from 2008 to 2010, then as Vice President, Finance, until his appointment in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Before his time at Aveos, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer at BCE Elix (a Bell Canada Company) from 2004 to 2007. In addition to his CPA and CA designation, he also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and previously held a Chartered Business Valuator designation (CBV).

Peter holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University. He is an experienced finance professional with a versatile financial and operational background.

John Melillo - Vice President of Sales, United States

John Melillo is the Vice President of Sales, United States, and oversees all sales strategies and activities in the United States. John strives to provide enhanced customer experience while building strong relationships with stakeholders and fulfilling Lumenpulse's sales strategy. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, he brings a seasoned understanding and a heightened ability to motivate and lead with initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.

Since joining Lumenpulse in May 2010 as Director of Sales, United States East, he has been a critical contributor to Lumenpulse's success in the American market. Before joining Lumenpulse, John served as Regional Sales Manager for Philips Colour Kinetics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Connecticut College.

 

 

Tim Guion - Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Tim Guion is the lead on all product launch activities and marketing initiatives. Tim first joined Lumenpulse as Senior Application Engineer in 2013. He promptly became Regional Sales Manager and then Director of Sales, Western United States. With more than 25 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, Tim also has a background in system design, programming, training, and business development in North America and Europe. Prior to Lumenpulse, Tim spent 12 years at Electronic Theatre Controls, holding various roles before becoming Regional Manager in the Western United States. Tim holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Lighting Design (Theatre) from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and has been Lighting Certified (LC) since 2016.

Guy Beausejour - Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Guy Beausejour plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees operation and production activities within Lumenpulse. In addition to his role in Lumenpulse, he actively supports many of our sister brands to ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems while keeping an eye to future needs. Guy has over thirty-four years of experience spanning various leadership positions within operations in the electrical and electronic manufacturing, aeronautical, and heavy equipment industries. A recognized customer-oriented leader, Guy is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering strong business results. He confidently and successfully mobilizes his team toward success through solid communication skills, team-building strategies, and strong business acumen.

Michel Attenborough - Senior Director of Operations

As Senior Director of Operations, Michel Attenborough is responsible for the strategic flow of materials and production at the company's Montreal (Longueuil) facility. Applying his 25 years of management experience within supply chain and operations, he is focused on maximising the customer experience. With his extensive planning, distribution, and inventory management background, Michel quickly adapts to the ever-changing needs of Lumenpulse's made-to-order production model. He proactively leads his team toward meeting their goals and exceeds customer expectations.

 

 

Joseph Aylward - Senior Director of Sales Experience

As Senior Director of Sales Experience, Joseph Aylward manages support functions essential to sales operations. In addition, Joseph also acts as the Customer Service lead, improving programs, tools, and processes to serve all clients better. Having started with Lumenpulse in 2011, Joseph has continuously grown with the company and has held positions ranging from Inside Sales Representative to Director of Sales Operations. Joseph graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

 

 

Amelie Janelle - Senior Director of Product Development

As Senior Director of Product Development, Amélie Janelle leads all Product Development efforts and initiatives for Lumenpulse products. Since joining the Lumenpulse family in 2005, she has held various roles within the organisation, including Product Designer, Global Product Manager, and Photometric Application Technician. She has her finger on the "pulse" of Lumenpulse and knows the inner and outer workings of both the company and the industry at large. Amélie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Montreal and a Certificate in Business Management from the HEC, Montreal.
