Maison du Festival Rio Tinto Alcan

Located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, the main cultural hub and area for festival activity in Montreal, the Maison du Festival Rio Tinto Alcan (formerly the Blumenthal Building) houses a permanent venue for jazz, blues and world music, and doubles as a gallery and a bistro.

As part of the renovation of the 100-year-old building, the eastern side of the structure was transformed into a showcase of some of the jazz greats to have graced the city's famous Jazz Festival. The ‘Legends of the Festival' showcase features an image of a jazz star in each of its 24 windows, with LumenfacadeFX and Lumenfacade fixtures framing each - the LumenfacadeFX fixures providing vibrant color changes to continually provide a fresh appearance.

LumenfacadeFX is a unique direct-view system for exterior architectural media facades or urban screens that can display branded content and artistic imagery. Lumenfacade is a high-performance linear LED luminaire for grazing or floodlighting exterior walls and facades.
