Seven Falls

Norcostco Lighting chose Lumenbeam Large Color Changing fixtures to illuminate Seven Falls in Colorado Springs. Located in South Cheyenne Canyon, Seven Falls is a series of seven cascading waterfalls that tumble 181 feet (51m) down a sheer granite cliff. Norcostco was challenged with finding a lighting solution with the robustness and controllability to flood the falls in color.

The Lumenbeam fixtures use RGB color mixing to illuminated each step of the falls in a different color, or the entire landscape in a single hue. Colors can be set to change automatically or manually altered using a control combination of  LumenID with a Lumentouch keypad. Norcostco utilized snoots and visors to direct light exactly where it was needed and reduce the risk of glare.
