Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.

Lead, mentor, and train a team of 20-25 employees.

Effectively communicate goals, performance feedback, and areas for improvement to the team.

Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain high standards for shipping precision.
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
-
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
-
Collaborate with the operations team on continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
-
Manage inventory and merchandise location.
-
Analyze, plan, improve, and communicate key warehouse performance indicators.
-
Work collaboratively with purchasing, engineering, design, and planning departments.
-
Be available for special assignments in continuous improvement.
-
Meet quality objectives (ISO 9001) while adhering to the quality management system guidelines.
-
Be capable of managing conflicts and challenging situations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Strong analytical and synthesis skills with an understanding of operational needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; autonomous, highly available, proactive, and well-organized.

Familiarity with MRP systems and just-in-time methodologies.
-
Solid experience working in an ISO 9001 environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills and practical knowledge of Power BI are required.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.

Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is necessary to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders outside Quebec.
Required Education and Experience:

College diploma (DEC or technical school diploma) or university degree (bachelor's degree).

Fields such as industrial engineering, logistics, or related disciplines will be preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
