Founder and Chief Executive Officer
François-Xavier Souvay is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lumenpulse. In this capacity, he oversees global vision, corporate development and strategic planning, maintaining Lumenpulse's reputation for innovation and customer experience excellence.
A seasoned entrepreneur, Mr. Souvay has over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry. By age 23, he was already contributing to large commercial real estate projects in Montreal, and soon was recruited by a specification grade outdoor lighting company, where he established a network of agents and VARs in Canada and the United States. Leveraging this experience, he then acted as a consultant for various lighting companies across North America.
In 1999, he acquired Luxtec, a value-added reseller of diversified specification-grade lighting solutions, and was soon spearheading LED research and development. Focused on combining innovative technology expertise with strong industrial design, he founded Lumenpulse in 2006. The company has since established itself as the leading pure-play specification-grade LED lighting solution provider.
Mr. Souvay holds numerous patents in his name and is a well-known thought leader in the LED lighting industry. In 2015, He was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Quebec.
General Manager, Lumenpulse
Jean Clermont oversees manufacturing, logistics and the Company's supply chain. He has over 28 years of experience in leading supply chain operations. He has expertise in negotiations, demand planning, sales and operations, logistics, project management, process enhancement and systems integration.
Previously, he was Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Aveos Fleet Performance Inc. where he was responsible for carving out the supply chain activities related to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of Air Canada devices, implementing inventory solutions, and creating distribution centers for Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Central America. Before Aveos, Mr. Clermont was Director of Global Optical Supply Chain Operations at Nortel Networks, a company he was with for 23 years.
Mr. Clermont holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke as well as a certificate in Operations Management from HEC Montreal.
Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of Product Development and Customer Experience
Greg Campbell oversees technology innovation, intellectual property portfolio management and collaboration with the company's product development team. Previously, Mr. Campbell helped manage the product development roadmap and innovation strategy in his role as Electrical Engineering Manager at Philips Colour Kinetics.
Prior to joining Philips Colour Kinetics, he served as an embedded systems engineer at BNS, where he focused on bringing intelligent solutions and innovative products to market. Mr. Campbell is the author of a number of patents related to solid state lighting technology innovation.
Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Vice President of Sales, Canada
Patrick Robitaille is the Vice President of Sales, Canada for Lumenpulse. Mr. Robitaille is responsible for the marketing and sales activities for Lumenpulse brand in Canada. With over 15 years of experience in the lighting industry Mr. Robitaille brings a wealth of technical knowledge, creativity, strategic business development, and leadership to this role.
Prior to this role, Mr. Robitaille held several sales and marketing related positions at Luxtec, including Sales Representative, Sales Operation Director and General Manager. Luxtec, a subsidiary and representative agent of Lumenpulse which, under Mr. Robitaille's management, became one of the most successful specification grade lighting agency in Canada.
General Manager, Lumenpulse France
Sébastien Jegado is General Manager for Lumenpulse France. In this role, Mr. Jegado is responsible for the sales and service teams, as well as the creative direction and development of the company's marketing efforts, including brand strategies, in France and Northern Africa.
Mr. Jegado joined the Lumenpulse Group during its founding in 2006 and has occupied various positions that have aided in the company's global growth. Most notably, Mr. Jegado acted as the Quebec market's Account Director before opening the Lumenpulse Group's office in France in 2014, where he managed the group's distribution partners throughout Europe.
Mr. Jegado graduated from the SKEMA Business School in Lille with a Master's Degree and received his MBA from HEC Montréal.
