Lumenpulse Showcases AlphaLED Products at LuxLive

LED leader exhibits versatility and performance of newly integrated product portfolio at London lighting conference

Montreal, QC and Manchester, UK

Lumenpulse will be exhibiting AlphaLED products at LuxLive on November 19-20, showcasing for the first time the versatility of its newly integrated product portfolio. Lumenpulse, a leading manufacturer of high-performance, specification-grade LED lighting solutions, acquired the AlphaLED brand in July 2014.

“Lumenpulse and AlphaLED have always shared a similar design approach and mentality, and LuxLive is a great opportunity for us to showcase how seamlessly we’ve come together,” said Francois-Xavier Souvay, Lumenpulse President and CEO. “By combining strengths, we can now offer a richer, broader portfolio of solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications. We’re looking forward to the show,” he said.

AlphaLED was named Manufacturer of the Year at the 2013 Lux Awards event.

“We have always supported the LuxLive show, and we thought it was the perfect place to showcase the power and flexibility of our product portfolio,” said Simon Morrison, Managing Director at Lumenpulse AlphaLED. “It’s always been a great venue for new products, technologies, and ideas, and we’re very happy to be here,” he said.

Visitors to the Lumenpulse stand (F40) will be able to see:

  • The award-winning Lumencove Nano, a dimmable cove lighting system that eliminates the need for a power supply, optimizing size, efficiency and durability. The luminaire debuts Lumendrive, a proprietary ASIC technology that powers LEDs directly from the AC mains, while still allowing full digital dimming and control.

  • The Micro Series, a family of luminaires designed to deliver modern, flexible lighting, without the cost and complexity of plastering in a small luminaire. With a range of accessory options, including softening glass, the Micro blends harmoniously within the ceiling, providing a clean, seamless appearance.

  • The Lumenfacade Inground, an LED luminaire designed specifically for ground-recessed lighting applications, including asymmetric wall washing, grazing, and linear wayfinding. An innovative, plug and play design simplifies installation, protecting the system from water infiltration and ensuring long-lasting performance.

  • The Apto, a compact, high-output spotlight that combines minimal size and subtle styling. Delivering 2000lm, the luminaire provides an alternative to ceramic metal halide lamps – with longer life, improved colour stability and lower energy consumption.

Lumenpulse will be hosting a cocktail stand party from 5pm-9pm on Wednesday 19th November 2014. The company is also sponsoring the Controls Innovation of the Year Lux Award, and the Lux Awards After Show Party on Thursday 20th November 2014.

LuxLive 2014 is being held on 19-20 November 2014 at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London, England.
