François-Xavier Souvay
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer 

Mr. François-Xavier Souvay is a seasoned entrepreneur with proven track record of more than 20 years in the lighting industry. He acquired Luxtec Lighting Group Inc. in 1999 and quickly transformed Luxtec into a leader in the commercial architectural lighting market, providing integrated lighting solutions for commercial, institutional, and urban environments.

Mr. Souvay has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Lumenpulse since its inception in 2006.  As CEO of an innovative architectural lighting company, Mr. Souvay is overseeing the global  vision and strategic plan of the company leading product innovation and sustainable designs. Mr. Souvay is driven by the challenge of transforming the world of lighting with cutting-edge sustainable LED technology.


Yvon Roy
Executive Vice President of Finance

Mr. Yvon Roy is a seasoned chartered accountant (CA) who is responsible for the financial administration at Lumenpulse. Mr. Roy brings over 14 years of financial control experience to his role.
 
Prior to joining Lumenpulse, Mr. Roy served as Vice President of Finance at ProDrive Systems, where he spent nearly 6 years. Previously, he was Corporate Controller at Actional Corporation, a Silicon Valley venture-funded software company (now Progress Software).  He has also held senior positions at KPMG, in the corporate tax department, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was involved in financial advisory services.
 
Mr. Roy holds a BCom in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and a Ms in accountancy from HEC Montréal.


Greg Campbell
Chief Technology Officer and Director of Engineering

Mr. Greg Campbell is responsible for establishing Lumenpulse as an innovation leader in solid state lighting.  As the driver of Lumenpulse’s technology strategy, Mr. Campbell oversees product development, manufacturing, and the company’s supply chain. He is instrumental in steering the company's expansive product line.

Previously, Mr. Campbell helped manage the product development roadmap and innovation strategy in his role as Electrical Engineering Manager at Philips Color Kinetics. Prior to joining Philips Color Kinetics, he served as an Embedded Systems Engineer at BNS, where he focused on bringing intelligent solutions and innovative products to market.

Mr. Campbell holds numerous patents related to solid state lighting technology innovation, which highlight his expertise in the field. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

 


Yvan Hamel
Executive Vice President, Product Development

Mr. Yvan Hamel is Executive Vice President, Product Development at Lumenpulse. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in product innovation. He heads up R&D, and oversees the development, design, manufacturing, testing and improvement of the full Lumenpulse line of products.

Mr. Hamel has over 25 years of experience in design and product development in the lighting industry, and management of large scale projects. This experience enables him to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and technicians, as well as supervise R&D projects.

Prior to joining Lumenpulse, he was Operations Manager at Lumec-Schreder and Senior Project Manager in Product Development at Lumec.

 


Michel J. Miglia
Executive Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

Mr. Michel J. Miglia oversees all manufacturing and supply chain functions for Lumenpulse. He is an expert in lean manufacturing best practices and is tasked with scaling Lumenpulse manufacturing operations to meet rapidly growing international demand for the company’s products.
 
During a career spanning more than 20 years in senior manufacturing and operations roles, Mr. Miglia has been Director of Manufacturing at Harris Corporation and Vice President Operations at Emerson before spending 7 years as General Manager at PerkinElmer. Prior to joining Lumenpulse, he served as Site Managing Director for Honeywell where he was responsible for overseeing all factory and distribution center activities.
 
Mr. Miglia holds an MBA from McGill University, and a B.Eng from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He is also CPIM and Six Sigma certified.


Brandon M. Siemion
Executive Vice President of Sales, the Americas

Mr. Brandon M. Siemion serves as Executive Vice President of Sales, the Americas at Lumenpulse. He is responsible for business development, developing the Lumenpulse brand, and expanding the company’s footprint in the Americas. Mr. Siemion leads a customer-focused team in delivering a superior experience for customers and manufacturing representatives.

Mr. Siemion brings over 20 years of experience to his role, including expertise in the LED lighting marketplace. Prior to joining Lumenpulse, he had an 11 year career in senior level positions at Color Kinetics, where he held the position of Director of Business Development, and also served as Director of Sales.
 


Gorm Teichert
Executive Vice President of International Sales

Mr. Gorm Teichert is Executive Vice President of International Sales at Lumenpulse. He is responsible for managing Lumenpulse’s expansion in Europe, the Middle-East, and Asia.

Mr. Teichert is a 20 year lighting industry veteran who brings more than two decades of senior-level lighting experience to his role. Prior to joining Lumenpulse, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Lighting Science Group. Before that, he spent seven years at Martin Professional A/S, where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Market Development. Mr. Teichert was also Managing Director at Erco Lighting in the UK, and has held senior positions with Lightmakers A/S, and Louis Poulsen.


David Johnson  
Senior Financial Advisor

Mr. David Johnson is Senior Financial Advisor for Lumenpulse. Mr. Johnson brings 27 years of financial management experience to his role; almost all of which has been acquired in fast-growth technology companies.

A former Chief Financial Officer at Color Kinetics, he led the Finance department for 11 years; from its pre-revenue start-up stage through its successful IPO and eventual $800 million sale to Philips. Prior to his career at Color Kinetics, he was a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Johnson holds a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University.
